Manufacturing defects are covered by our Craftsmanship Guarantee.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every RAḎŪLF piece to arrive in perfect condition. We exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@radulf.co for further assistance within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are offered in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received.
  • Item arrives damaged.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

REFUNDS

At RAḎŪLF, each piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted with care, using high-quality materials and ethical practices. Many of our items are made-to-order or finished by hand, making each piece feel personal and intentional.

Refunds (Exceptions)

Refunds are offered in the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged and cannot be replaced.
  • Order cancellation requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

GOLD PURCHASE EXCEPTION

For purchases involving our exclusive 18k solid gold items, please note that refunds and exchanges are not available after the purchase has been made. However, within 24 hours of purchase, cancellations can be accommodated. Solid gold pieces are made to order; please allow 2 to 4 business days for them to be crafted before shipping.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account. If the refund is not yet posted, contact your credit card company and bank. If you still require assistance, please reach out to us at info@radulf.co.

Customs Duties & Unpaid Import Taxes

Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. We do not have control over these fees, nor can we predict their exact amount.

If a customer refuses to pay the required customs charges and the package is returned to us, we will not issue any refund. In cases where items are made to order or shipped on demand, we are unable to absorb the costs of return shipping, customs handling, or the impact on our production cycle. By placing an order, you agree to cover any customs duties applicable in your country and understand that failure to do so forfeits your right to a refund.

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
