Every RAḎŪLF piece is handcrafted and inspected by hand before it leaves us. We stand behind that work.

What's covered

If your jewelry shows a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. This includes:

• A clasp or extension chain that doesn't close or hold properly
• A stone that is loose or incorrectly set
• A flaw in the gold vermeil or rhodium finish present from production
• Any other fault caused by the crafting process

How long you're covered

Report any defect within 30 days of delivery.

What's not covered

The guarantee covers craftsmanship only. It doesn't cover accidents, loss, theft, chains that are pulled or snagged, alterations, or normal wear over time.

How to make a claim

Email info@radulf.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll reply within 2 business days with next steps.
